Dr. Habibi, Breshna is fantastic. Very professional, kind, patient and passionate about her patients and her work! Very personable! Every patient is a family member to her and not just a number who walks in.
All staff members were very helpful, friendly, and supportive. I don't remember the name of the young lady who did all my tests prior to my eye exam with Dr. Habibi but she was very kind and sweet!
Also Ali Guerrero helped me to choose some great frames for my prescription! Very customer oriented and friendly!
I will recommend San Ramon Family Optometry to friends and family. Very clean facility and close to home!

I absolutely love this optometry office! The highlight of every visit is working with their optician, Sherry, she is truly amazing. I don't know how she does it, but she always knows exactly which glasses I'll love. She helps me pick frames that fit my face perfectly, sizes them with so much care, and somehow makes the whole experience fun and effortless.
Every time I walk out feeling like a million bucks because I genuinely love my glasses. She has such a talent for style, comfort, and giving honest, thoughtful advice. It's rare to find someone who makes you feel both confident and taken care of, and she's the reason I keep coming back.

The staff here is amazing! I've been coming for years, and they always provide excellent service. I needed to schedule an appointment quickly, and they were able to accommodate me right away. Dr. Habibi is wonderful--very knowledgeable and attentive. I also had a great experience with Beth, who helped me find frames that fit my face perfectly. She was so professional and patient. I have been going to San Ramon Family Optometry for more than 10 years. It used to be a family friendly business. However, it has slowly but surely changed into an entitled country club want-a-be that makes you feel like you showed up to a high-end restaurant without a reservation. I really like my doctor but I might shop them.

Dr. Chiu and Sherry at San Ramon Family Optometry are the dream team! I've gotten EXCEPTIONAL care from them for the past 5 years. Dr. Chiu is patient and thorough with all of my exams, and Sherry is so incredibly talented at always picking out the best glasses for me! I trust them implicitly and can't recommend them highly enough. Recently, after an eye procedure to correct my vision, Sherry worked miracles for an incredibly fast turn around with the lab to get my new lenses! I am so thankful I found such amazing care with Dr. Chiu and Sherry!
