Disappointed. Went in to order prescription glasses. My son was not able to get glasses before he moved to Santa Barbara but had just gotten his exam so insurance wouldn't cover again. He got measured, picked out the glasses all I was told to do is send the info and call to complete. The ladies who helped us were great but then I get some gentleman who gave lots of attitude and not very helpful. If you don't want to complete a sale, fine. I believe in customer service and will avoid a place forever to know that I haven't rewarded poor service. Maybe one person doesn't count but I imagine there are others and collectively it does add up.

I was visiting my daughter in Santa Barbara and somehow bent my new vogue sunglasses. I had been into the Santa Barbara La Combre Plaza Lens Crafters with my daughter in the past, so I thought maybe they could fix my glasses. There was no hesitation in helping me, and the service was free! Caliah and the eye glass maker were a huge help in fixing them! I was in and out of there in 15 minutes! Even though I didn't buy them there, the customer service was amazing, and I will definitely be using LensCrafters in the future!

Our local LensCrafters manager Frank did an excellent job in helping me and explaining my recent purchase. Frank completely made me do a 180 degree turn. He was friendly knowledgeable and had the experience of working with people because he truly enjoyed it.
