The lady at the front desk with the split hair dye was condescending. The younger woman helping me initially struggled with one of my two insurance plans. When the rude woman came to assist, she was disrespectful. When she asked what day the appointment had been, I thought she was speaking to me and responded, I guess she was talking to the younger lady who was helping me. She very rudely responded to me, "You're confusing me." It's worth noting that she had her AirPods in and was on a separate, clearly non-work-related phone call, which likely contributed to her lack of focus. I told her I would sort things out with my insurance but would proceed with the other one for now. Throughout our interaction, she kept referring to me as "sweetie," but not in a kind way. I'm unsure if she expected me to be rude, which prompted her tone, but it was entirely uncalled for. The doctor overheard her and came out to try to assist. Again, she was on that same non-work-related phone call, which was frustrating. Honestly, if someone spends nearly $700 on contacts, they shouldn't have to deal with someone talking down to them.

LITERALLY THE BEEEEESSSSSSSSST eye care in Goleta!! The front desk ladies are THE SWEETEST and sooooo personable!! They know me BY NAME!! Fabulous! And the doctors are SO AWESOME! They really know their stuff and can answer literally ANY question you have for them! My son and I BOTH come here for both contacts and frames and we are NEVER EVER disappointed! Thank you all for all your hard work in keeping the patrons of the city seeing well!! I'll be back in soon for my yearly exam! Keep up the EXCELLENT work!

Rudest front desk staff I've ever dealt with. I had been calling their office for three days straight, trying to reschedule an eye exam with Dr. Carter Andersen. Each time I called, I got an answering machine. I left two messages asking them to call me back to reschedule. I never got a call back. I finally physically went into their office and saw two receptionists at the front desk. One of them asked me if I was checking in. I I told her I have been trying to call and had never gotten a call back. She looked at me coldly and said they were having issues with their phone system. I called the number while I was standing there. The phone next to her rang and she quickly turned it off. I said "Oh it works, can you see if it picks up?". She glared at me and said rudely, "We're aware of the issue. Don't tell me how to do my job!" If it's her job to act rudely to potential new clients, she's doing a great one! They have a non-working phone service and don't bother to return calls. I found another appointment elsewhere for the following day. Dr. Andersen... perhaps you should get nicer staff!

Great service. The frame selection was only average, but I was able to find a pair that I liked, and was able to get an appointment for an eye exam the same day. Dr. Huang was fantastic and spent the extra time to ensure my prescription matched my eyesight needs perfectly.

You will only get treated right if you come in showing off that you have money . If not , then expect to get ignored , get dirty looks , & to be talked down to. I've came in both ways . Dressed up nice and even was getting flirted on from an older latina with blonde curly hair . Looked like she possibly owned the place . Came in on a a day off , obviously dressed more casual , different latina with glasses this time , and got ignored , given attitude the whole time . I drive a one of the newest bmws . I have 2 other cars besides that. I have money . Don't believe what I say ? Try it out yourself for fun :) come in one day dressed and one day not . I would give 0 stars if I could

The staff was very friendly and Dr. Amanda Beaudry was incredible with my one and two year old. One of the assistants even colored with my two year old when my one year old was seen. They both had their eyes dilated and we are so grateful to report they have good vision and don't need glasses. Thank you so much!
