This was my first and will be my last visit. As an optician myself, I did not feel welcomed. I specifically requested ZEISS lenses, but the lenses provided are not ZEISS and the blue-blocker coating appears consistent with Hoya or another manufacturer. I also asked for the lenses on my rimless frame to be made 3 mm larger, yet they were returned in the standard size.
Additionally, the order was written on a piece of scratch paper, which did not inspire confidence in the process.
