The core service was acceptable. My prescription was not perfectly sharp, but not poor enough to warrant a complaint, and both my frames and contact lenses arrived within the promised timeframe. My low rating is due entirely to the aftercare experience. The follow-up process feels aggressive and disrespectful. I recently received a notice informing me that a follow-up appointment had been scheduled automatically, without my request or consent, and that it was my responsibility to cancel it. That approach comes across as presumptive and arrogant. I understand the importance of follow-up care and that clinicians have demanding schedules. However, patients have demanding schedules as well. My time is not subject to unilateral decisions made on my behalf. I would have preferred to share this feedback privately, but the practice has made it surprisingly difficult to find a way to contact them directly, which leaves public feedback as the only practical option. Patients should not be treated as if they are incapable of managing their own appointments. Beyond being rude, this kind of automated, unnecessary reminder could be genuinely distressing to someone who has recently lost insurance coverage or job stability. It is an approach that lacks empathy and respect. I strongly urge the practice to reconsider this policy.

I had a great experience at this location. The staff is very kind and professional. I needed to get back since I decided to order a second pair of glasses and they were very accommodating to the limited availability in my schedule.

I am glad I went to this location. Dr Ahuja is very professional and sincere unlike other location that I have been to. I can feel her pleasing personality and patience with me. She provided me with care that is more than I expected. Thank you so much Dr Ahuja. Just wanted to add to my previous review for this current experience: Always a pleasant experience at this location. Errol and Miranda are the best! Highly knowledgeable and always provide great service. Keep up the good work guys!

This satellite location is far better with the personalized service from the exam to the fitting. About 1/4 the size, it's not as crowded as the other location in Valley Fair. Selection of frames (Oakley wearer) is a smaller, but they will work with your selection. Easier to make appointments. And the staff and opticians are nice/professional as well.

I enjoy going to Dr. Ahuja because she makes me feel comfortable and well attended to my needs as my eye sight changes. I've been going to her for about 3 years. She works at both LensCrafter location in Valley Fair San Jose: LensCrafter in the women's Macy on the 1st floor and LensCrafter Store on the 2nd floor!

I have visited Ritu Ahuja three times for my eye examination in the last three years. Each time,I had most comprehensive eye examination done by her. She takes time to explain the current facts about my vision. I appreciate her concerns and suggestions for my vision. Thank you Ritu!

Dr. Yang is assume. Not only did she made it an easy appt and covered all my needs and options. She went over the benefits and the options of glasses vs contacts. She made sure I left happy.
