I had a great experience at Iris Vision. The team at the reception, Vicky and Mill, were extremely helpful and welcoming. They spent a considerable amount of time assisting me with my glasses adjustment and addressing other concerns, which I truly appreciated. One small suggestion I would like to share is around communication of store hours. Please consider clearly informing customers that the clinic is closed on Mondays and Wednesdays. Since these are not typical closure days, when I received a message from you on Saturday, I assumed you would be open on Monday and traveled to the clinic, only to find it closed. While this information is mentioned on your website, many customers may not check the website before visiting. That said, aside from this minor point, the service provided by Vicky and Mill was excellent. Thank you for a very positive experience.

I should 0 or 1 rate for dr Tammy. She only does some instructions, but zero respect or communication to you on what you are seeing or expected to see. Front desk staff are nice. Don't recommend giving even 1$ for eye exam when respect has no place. Delivered my complaint to VSP too.

Worst attitude by folks here!! I called a lady and I just asked one question on how much do they charge for fixing the frame, And she just hung up on me very unprofessional.. But still I want to take a chance and I came and asked, The guy said it's going to be $150... Very unhelpful and ridiculous..!! I'm never stepping here again. Because they tried to scam me and try to trick me to buy the new frame for a small fix... I really got it fixed elsewhere with 0 cost... I think these guys should fix their attitude and their reviews speak for themselves... Actually I should have checked out the reviews first

I've been a loyal customer of Iris Vision Boutique for nearly 20 years, and it's amazing how quickly time has flown by. Their precision with prescriptions has always been excellent, and they deliver new glasses promptly. Whenever I need a replacement unexpectedly, they make the process seamless by taking orders over the phone with ease. On top of that, the staff is always kind and accommodating. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Our family has been to this office for years, I'm surprised why there are a few bad reviews. So far we're very happy. The Doctor is very nice and thorough, the staffs are very helpful and responsive. The office has a large collection of many frames to choose from. And I like how it looks neat, clean and nicely decorated with fresh flowers.

I always felt confident in Dr. Tran's advice. Her kindness really stood out to me--she took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. When I explained my recent health issue, she made sure to assess how it could be impacting my eyes, which I really appreciated. It's not something I've always seen in other places. Dr. Tran's attention to detail and patient care make her stand out.

I had nothing but issues from my 1st visit with miscommunication, non communication and false information from staff. My 1st visit-paperwork clearly stated I need to update my prescription for computer work 8-10 hours a day, yet during my visit that was overlooked multiple times. They have told me each time I need to come to get my glasses worked on best to come at 10am and it will take 1-2 hours, I show up then it turns into show back up at 3pm or 7-10days. I can't read without my glasses, how about coming up with a proper solid plan for your customers. The customer service is horrible, I am ashamed to say I spent close to $300 for convenience because I live 5 minutes away and due to my work schedule. Never again, stay away!!

Pathetic, worst of all. Should have avoided at first place, I had worst of all experience going there for my kid. Doctor was not at all interested in my kid she just wanted to check the details and sell the glasses. If you ask questions you might get rude answer in reply. never got any after visit summary or anything. Doctor was rude if you ask question and get impatient. Support staff never support the patient ,After the test we were asked to order for glass, and that time we were on our own as no one supported for frame selection and we ended up selecting wrong frame ( big frame for my kid). I have called later them about frame and they were like we dont refund or return and all but no support at all. Worst of all, avoid specially if you are going for your kid.
