Absolute waste of time, ordered prescription lenses for my Ray-Ban, and these guys are taking more than a month. Not sure how ancient their system is, something which jins can do in minutes requires them a month.
Update: even after 2 months this is the best they can give, my earlier frame and 2 unfitting lenses.
I hope LensCrafters take an action against this particular store for ruining the brand.
Final Update: Finally I did get my glasses, but the width of the lens was double the size of my frame. Not sure how could someone cut the lens so terribly, it's like the company does not have any interest in running the business.
For sure, I will never step back into their store ever.
