I've had two eye exams here, and my most recent one was especially important--my optometrist noticed early signs of degeneration and was incredibly thorough, checking my eyes multiple times to ensure accuracy. She even walked me through the retinal images and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly where my eye health stood. It was reassuring and educational, which I really appreciated. On top of that, I picked out three new frames with my updated prescription--and let me tell you, they are fire! The styles here are modern, flattering, and super affordable. Honestly, with this level of care and selection, there's no reason not to shop with Warby Parker. They've earned my trust and my business, again and again.

Love the price, selection and efficiency of services here! Now they can help submit the insurance claim that's a plus for us. I bought different pairs of prescription glasses for driving, watching TV and meetings as the price is very reasonable and stylish!

She is truly one of the best eye specialists I've ever seen--knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and she immediately put me at ease during the exam. What impressed me most was her clear communication and honest, thoughtful recommendations based on her expertise. I felt fully informed and confident in the care I received. Staff members are very welcoming. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thorough and trustworthy eye doctor.

My wife and I have bought multiple pairs of glasses and prescription sunglasses and each time the staff have been phenomenal. Always very friendly and quick to help I've never had any issues or problems with any order. I've also done my eye exams here as well and the doctor on hand is also a very kind and efficient individual. I would recommend this location for all your eye and glasses needs.

Dr. Tracy Nyugen is the best eye specialist I have met in decades! This was my second yearly glasses+contacts exam with her. As always, She was kind, knowledgeable and meticulous in her exam. She ran elaborate tests, explained results in detail with reference images and answered all of my questions. I struggled with my contacts with long nails and she taught me an easy hack to take it out. Also, she was super friendly and accommodating. For contacts, she showed me a table with metrics to aid in finding the best contacts for my eye health. I will keep returning to her if I am around. The store personnel Artur (might be misspelled) was super helpful with the initial exams, insurance check and explaining product options. I am waiting for my insurance to renew in 10 days to place an order. Overall, absolutely loved the experience and definitely recommend this store!

Welcoming and easily accessible large space at Valley Fair, easy to drop in, with lots of choices displayed and ready to try on. Very prompt and responsive, very informative and helpful service by Eugene. What's not to like.
