SUCH a Wonderful experience with an eye doctor! The Best!! His staff *of one* was so friendly and the two of them took me right in with no appointment, as I had just gotten something stuck under my eyelid. I had never been in there before--it was completely random that I walked in there--But Doctor Masters himself was so patient and kind, gentle and warm---(and he looks to me as if he is the fella who once played Mr Rogers on TV! ) There was nothing rushed about the entire experience--just very quiet and thorough. He even went and researched a couple of things he wondered if I was dealing with and made a copy of his findings for me to take home!! He was very generous with his time, explaining everything clearly and answering my questions as they came up with interest and care. I also heard him speak to his other patient the same way, as well as to his secretary and even a workman who came in to fix something. Just a very gracious and considerate man. Finally, though they didn't take my insurance, the visit cost me out-of-pocket around the same as what my copay would have been ($100 even). Thank you Doctor Masters: it was completely by accident I found you and I am infinitely grateful that I did!
