Very friendly and knowledgeable team here! I had an issue with adjusting my glasses and they took care of it in no time. Reasonable pricing and very helpful.

Walked in today to have a broken nose pad replaced on my glasses. They changed both so they would match and were done in 5 minutes. Then, they said it would be "no charge". That was very nice and unexpected! Office is clean, professional and the service exceptional.

They have the best selection of independent brands like Retrospecs & Co., LaFont & Garrett Leight California Optical. Dr. Agnes Kim has been my optometrist since she opened in 2007. She's a rare one, so kind and down to earth. Her business has always been to put our community first and my entire family sees her for eye exams. We are clients for life!!!

When I called the office to make appointments, I didn't know what our insurance was, but the woman at the front desk generously offered to check multiple ones to see if we were covered by any of them; most offices make you figure it out on your own and then call them back. I wear contacts and my right eye has been slightly blurry for a while. Dr. Fredericks tweaked the prescription and now that eye is super clear again! Also, my wife has only has a slight prescription and doesn't wear glasses. While a lot of other offices try to convince her to buy them, Dr. Fredericks showed her what it would look like with and without glasses and let her choose; gotta love doctors who let patients make their own informed decisions. :) My wife also has a fairly rare disease that can affect her eyes. Dr. Fredericks knew all about it, even that the dosage of medication she was on was lower than normal, and referred her to a nearby ophthalmologist for further testing. I was very impressed! He was very fun, too; he asked what we do in our spare time and when we said we like to hike, he even gave us advice on some cool new trails to check out. Overall a great experience in every way!

Dr. Kim is amazing! She was very accommodating when I needed help and was incredibly kind. If I was local, I would absolutely go to Dr. Kim for all my optometry care. I'd highly recommend North Coast Vision to anyone.

Dr Fredericks and Dr Kim are excellent. I have been seeing them for several years and when I experienced an ocular migraine I panicked and made my way to their offices. Dr Kim was thorough in her examination, patient with my concerns and took the time to explain the situation. Really wonderful to have a doctor take the time to listen and then speak to me in terms I understood. Fantastic! I am thankful I found this team.

Dr. Fredericks and the staff were great! I went in on Saturday and got a new prescription and ordered lenses and frames that same day. I'm a bit picky about my frames but Dr. Fredericks took the time to show my all the types of frames they have and could order. During the week I have very little time to set up appointments so them being open on Saturdays it amazing, I wish more doctor's offices did this! I picked up my polarized sun glasses and I'm very pleased. Also they came with a 1 year warranty against scratches and defects.
