Very disappointed... Usually after every eye exam, someone usually helps me look at glasses. Today... Was the first time that I experienced going to my eye exam and billed towards the end with " ok that's all". I asked if I am not eligible for receiving glasses? Although, I called to confirm prior to appointment & have the following insurance. Was told " if you want to".. I'm very disappointed!! I usually get the coverage by the insurance & pay the following remains. Not a problem for me, but apparently was for the staff. So, I commuted my way to my appointment & paid just to see if my eyes were ok? WOW thanks lol....

Dr. Kuo is kind and easy to work with. His staff is communicative and polite.

I received honest and friendly service when I came in to order my glasses and pick them up. The glasses were ready in a timely manner, an appointment was set and kept on time. The attendant assisted me with adjusting my glasses and making sure the prescription is correct in a friendly manner. I was also able to buy a high-end pair of sunglasses capable of taking my prescription. They stock a variety of Maui Jim and other prescription worthy glasses for being outside in the sun. What a difference to be able to read and see at a distance. Thanks.

I've been going to Dr.Kuo for over 7 years, now and he and his staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. I have purchased prescription glasses as well as contact lenses and enjoy my yearly exams. I often have lots of questions and Dr. Kuo takes the time to explain my eye health and changes that occur as I get older. He is an active cyclist so he often has some really great Oakley and performance eyewear available on-hand.

Excellent service..... Great Staff.... could not be happier. Customer-oriented. Ordered specialty work frames with bifocal top and bottom. The optician fixed my badly twisted old pair of glasses so I have a back-up pair. Also ordered everyday glasses with no-line bifocals and transitioning sun glass. I'll Be Back!

Funny how a place can have no accountability when they screw up and make excuses right to your face. Bevy u spend any money let me save you and time. Go elsewhere It took numerous times and costed me extra to go here. Please you have been warns don't go here. This guy prolly has enuff money not to worry about if he loses a customer I defy be going elsewhere next time Update I no longer utilize this establishment They charged for test that. My new optometrist doesn't Watch the pocket book if you choose here In my Opinion I was taken advantage of financially
