I wasn't sure what to expect, given that Scotts Valley is a smaller Kaiser facility, but they had a large selection of frames to choose from, in a wide variety of prices and styles. Our optician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The appointments ran on time and we didn't feel rushed to choose frames. I am super happy with the experience.

Pretty lousy. I ordered glasses, they were completely wrong. I took them back for a refund, and I've waited over 5 weeks to get the check they promised to mail. I still don't have my refund. The whole thing has been a huge headache. Go to an independent optometry. You'll get better glasses and better service at a better price.
