Dr. Melendez is simply amazing!! Every visit, she treats me with the most amazing service. Dr. Melendez gives great insight into the health of my eyes and gives great advice on how to keep up healthy habits. The entire team is excellent and really cares about their clients. I will keep coming back for plenty of years to come! Thank You.

All of the staff were nice and efficient. The Dr. was very nice. I hadn't met her before in all of my years of going to LensCrafters, but she was very sweet and personable. I will continue to go to LensCrafters for my yearly exam.

The team was very accommodating for me today. They were able to get me in even though I was about 25 minutes behind schedule. The male gentleman that did my pre screening and post exam activities was extremely helpful and polite. He offered the optional enhanced screening and priced out a couple of options in order to answer my questions. The optometrist was polite, conducted test quickly and efficiently and recommended a follow up for an area of concern. My visit to this location was enjoyable and positioned me with everything I need to make a decision on how I would like to proceed. I will most definitely return to the associate that assisted to me to make my purchases. I really appreciated how I felt as I walked out of the store. 2nd visit 8 months later: The team was great and made the extra effort when I missed my appointment to call and see if I was nearby because someone canceled last minute. I was equally pleased with this team as I was my first time in. The staff is consistent and sincere about the experience they offer... it's not just an act!

Everyone here was amazing. My mom was reluctant to get her eyes examined because she was worried about how much sight she was losing. The reception area assistants were so kind, and the doctor was patient and explained everything. Mom was so much more comfortable afterwards. Thank you so much!!

The wonderful woman who helped me with the tests before I saw the doctor was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She was patient, kind and laughed with me when I was trying to get through the eye tests, since I was a bit nervous. The doctor was so great and polite as well. I will be taking my fiance to this place next.

The optometrist is exceptional and takes the time to make sure one gets the best eyewear experience possible. I am very happy with her approach. The staff are super friendly and attentive and really make you feel welcome.

I have been using Lens Crafters in Santa Maria for a few years now. I have had a variety of experiences (to say it nicely) with Eye Doctor's but, by far, this is the best optometrist I have ever been to. Dr. Mewes is an amazing doctor and the girls are very sweet. thank you all!
