Here's what you don't do as a doctor. When an adult is calling you to get something that should've been taken care of as a child, don't tell them you "won't prioritize an adult".
Not every kid has parents. Not every kid has parents that take them to the doctors.
It is not unreasonable for an adult to be taking care of things that should've been taken care of when they were three.
This doctor's office staff are a disgrace.
