JINS became for me the way to go for quality glasses, especially this location. I got a few frames and I have been very satisfied with the quality, and the reasonable prices. Unlike other places like Lenscrafter, the people working there know their job and are able to adjust the frame to you, fix it if needed, etc... I even came back with very old frames that were completely bend and with a broken nose pad and the salesperson, Isaiah, was able to fix it perfectly and replace the missing nose pads ! I really couldn't believe it how good of a job he did. All the other people I've to deal with at this location were great.

I had a seamless and extremely helpful experience at JINS today. I recently got my first pair of glasses in another country and unfortunately, my prescription was too strong. I didn't have time to get them corrected until I came back to the US. I was greeted immediately when I walked into JINS today by Isaiah and he was extremely helpful. I showed him my eye exam results and he checked the policies to help as best as could for replacing the lenses. The replacement was free of charge thanks it his diligence. It took less than 30mins and I left with a perfect set of glasses.

We drove to Sherman Oaks just to go to JINS, and to my surprise they were having an amazing sale! I got a beautiful and modern set of glasses for less than $100, and the frame isn't janky at all! The frames here are perfect for all types of faces, and they do a quick job for single lens prescriptions. If you need progressives though, it can take a few days , so keep that in mind. I was happy with everyone who helped me, and will definitely return to get another fun pair of glasses.

Isaiah the GOAT!!! Thankfully it was a simple and quick fix!! Came in less than 5 Mins my issue was resolved!!! Will definitely be back for more lenses and frame concerns and see him!! ARIGATO!!

I usually have a good overall experience at JINS. Kensy, the store worker who helped me two weeks in a row, was incredibly patient and informative. I brought her an old pair of glasses to update the lenses (I told her the glasses was 3 years old, turns out it was at least 5 years old - sorry, Kensy!) and I know she did her best to replace the lens without damaging the glasses. Even though it did end up breaking (this was her 2nd attempt - first time she was able to replace the lens without breaking the glasses but I had issues with clarity, my issue and not her fault as my frames were quite frail), she was very apologetic about it and called me right when it happened. She did issue a refund on the lens which I appreciated. I ended up just buying another pair of glasses since I can never have enough! Again, overall good experience. Great glasses selection, quick in-store lens install if they have the lens in stock. I'll definitely be back again whenever I need a new pair of glasses.

I went in to buy the JINS x JUJUTSU KAISEN Satoru Gojo frames because I was told by Isaiah--and saw on JINS's own product photo--that the frame included a chain/neck leash. At checkout, Adriana told Isaiah it doesn't come with a chain and instructed me to switch to a different frame that would include one. That was my second choice, but I followed her direction. You could not purchase the chain separately; it was included with purchase. Isaiah started ringing it up, Adriana sent him to lunch, and she finished the transaction. When I then asked to add blue-reflective/anti-glare coating, she said it would be an extra cost (understandable) but also told me, "this is your FINAL PURCHASE," citing the multiple receipts--when the original change came from her instruction. I left with a pair I didn't prefer and felt unfairly blamed for the confusion. I'd appreciate clearer information on what accessories are included, consistent guidance between staff, and respectful communication at checkout. This experience took the excitement out of the purchase. Included with this post is the photo of my first choice glasses WITH the chain, which Adriana said was not included.

A friend told me about J!NS and I had been putting off getting new glasses. This location doesn't have an on-site optermatrist but on the second floor there's a LensCrafters! I scheduled an appointment and there might be walk-in availability but if you want a specific time I recommend scheduling one. That is unless you already have/know your prescription then head on over here. The staff Kensy and Elena were very helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. There's such a variety of frames that I'll for sure be getting more especially since it takes 30 minutes tops which Kensy helped with dispensing mine. They're also able to check if they have your prescription on hand and if they don't then I assume you'd be able to pick a frame then they'll order it and you can either pick up from there or get it shipped to you. Either way will be coming back (:
