I just moved here from San Diego and lost all my contacts in the process. I figured since I had gotten an eye exam within the last 2 weeks at a different LensCrafters location, they'd be able to help me by giving me a few trial contact lenses while I was waiting to receive my contact lens order. I walked in to explain my situation and the female employee at the front counter told me they would not be able to help me. She offered no explanation as to why, she simply turned me away without hesitation. I ended up having to drive to another LensCrafters location where I was promptly helped and given some trial contact lenses. Overall I found her demeanor and tone to be dismissive and callous. I would never come back here.

Excellent! Came in today to get new set of glasses and two set of sunglasses, I had previously came to the same location for my eye exam and they had my new prescription on file. Out of selecting the tons of options there was and upon check out with outstanding discounts I truly believe I made a very good purchase with Cesar who helped out. Gina is VERY attentive especially when other customers will walk in, I was in with no rush so everything turned out great! I also want to thank Carolina who was extremely nice and professional. She walked me through all the options for frames and lenses, answered all my questions, and made the process easy and stress-free.
