This place has been around for a long time. It's not like a lense mill in the mall, it's professional and higher end than competitors. The selection is really good, from more affordable models to unique handmade European designers you won't see elsewhere. They take their time and do things right and don't pressure you. They are in network with VSP. Make an appt, they book out 3-4 months for exams but only a few days for picking frames if you have a script already.

Dr. Silver has been caring for my elderly mother, and we are so grateful for his patience, compassion, and straightforward approach. At her last appointment, my sister joined and they had a very hard but important discussion about whether, at 84, she should continue driving. Dr. Silver handled the conversation with such respect, making a very sad and difficult topic clear, medically based, and compassionate. He also recommended a skilled surgeon further away because he trusted their integrity, steering us away from closer but less ideal options. We deeply appreciate the care he has shown not only to my mom, but to our family.

I waited two months for this appointment. I filled out the paper work on line. When I showed up for my appointment the office manager told me that they did not accept my insurance.
I took off from my work without pay just for them to tell me that they don't take my insurance. They could of save me the trip and time by checking my ins. before they made my appointment. Big office several employees but not efficient employees.
I do not recommend this office.
