Our family has been coming to SVEP for three years, and the optical team has never let us down. We always get our eyeglasses here because the service is outstanding. Sabrina, the Optical Manager, along with Natalia and Maricar, always make sure we're well taken care of. They're friendly, helpful, and dedicated to making sure your glasses are crafted and fitted perfectly--even for complex prescriptions like Essilor Eyezen. They truly stand behind their products and are always ready to help if any issues arise. Sabrina has also done a fantastic job with revamping the eyewear selection for kids. There are so many new cute options for little kids, and new fun styles for tweens. Although we were disappointed with our previous optometrist at SVEP, who unfortunately underprescribed our child's eyeglass prescription and caused her to experience eye strain for three years, we still choose to bring our children's prescriptions to the SVEP optical team. Their outstanding service and genuine care make all the difference, and we trust them completely with our family's eyewear needs.

This is by far the best optometry clinic I've visited since living in the Bay Area. Professional, trustworthy, and genuinely welcoming! I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. From the assistants to the optometrist, everyone was patient, attentive, and truly listened to my concerns. They explained everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure there was no misunderstanding, rather than giving vague or rushed answers. I felt respected, heard, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. I especially want to highlight the young gentleman who helped me choose my frames. He was incredibly kind, patient, and, importantly, has excellent aesthetic judgment. I felt completely comfortable describing my needs and preferences, knowing he would select frames that truly suited me. That level of guidance made a huge difference for me. He also took the time to clearly explain the lens options, pricing, and follow-up services, which made the whole experience transparent and stress-free. All in all, this is an optometry clinic truly worth visiting. I'm very grateful for such a positive experience.

I think I got unlucky and had a bad experience at Silicon Valley Eye Physicians. What happened: I did my eye checkup which went pretty smooth. Got prescription. Then went in to get glasses using prescription. Ordered two glasses: One pair of computer glassses and another pair of sunglass. When I went for pickup and tried the glasses, the eye-glasses felt off, esp. the computer glasses felt super uncomfortable/stressful to the eyes. I told the lady that something regarding the glass power feels off and they are uncomfortable. She called her superior. I tried to explain to him that the computer glasses feel off are more uncomfortable compared to the sunglasses. He was rude, noted something in the sheet, and said "we will remake the glasses for you" without explaining much. I went in for pickup today. And they gave me bulky, thick lens glasses that do not match my eye power and is giving me a headache after wearing for less then 30 minutes. So much for 350$ computer glasses comfortable to the eyes!!! Afterwards (update): I had moved on, got my eyes checked at different place, and gotten myself new computer glasses (slightly different power). Sabrina Blancas (Optical Manager) later reached out directly, explained the prescription differences clearly, and took time to troubleshoot and offered to make new computer glasses with updated prescription. She was extremely pleasant, professional, and helpful in troubleshooting and finding a resolution. I really appreciate the follow-up and accountability. Overall, good clinic experience, and the optical team's support--especially Sabrina's --made a big difference. Updating to 4 stars (1 star reduction for the inconvinience).

I have been seeing Dr. Kevin Wu for my annual eye exams for many years, and I can confidently say he is one of the most patient, caring, and thoughtful doctors I've ever had. From the moment he walks into the room, he creates a calm and welcoming atmosphere. He never rushes through appointments and always takes the time to listen carefully, answer questions, and explain everything clearly and thoroughly. His knowledge and professionalism are evident, and I always feel I'm in very capable hands. Recently, I needed a referral for further care, and Dr. Wu handled it promptly and efficiently. The process was completely stress-free, and I truly appreciated how responsive and supportive he was during that time. It made a potentially frustrating situation feel easy and well taken care of. I also want to highlight the entire team at Silicon Valley Eye Physicians. Everyone I've interacted with has been genuinely friendly, kind, and helpful--from the front desk staff who greet you warmly when you arrive, to the team assisting with glasses orders. The office is well organized, professional, and clearly focused on patient care. I'm very grateful to have Dr. Wu as my eye doctor and highly recommend him and Silicon Valley Eye Physicians to anyone looking for excellent eye care in a welcoming and supportive environment

I had a great experience at Silicon Valley Eye Physicians and really appreciate the care and patience from Dr. Tseng and the entire staff. Dr. Tseng was very thorough during my eye exam. I had been struggling with dryness from my contact lenses, and she took the time to evaluate my situation carefully and offered helpful recommendations to improve my comfort. She also explained how to choose the right artificial tears and supplements, which I found very helpful. During the exam, she also noticed some issues with my old prescription. It turned out that it had been slightly overcorrected, which helped explain the visual discomfort I experienced when driving at night. After she adjusted it, I no longer have the same issues with night driving. Everyone at the clinic was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the visit. I'm very thankful to Dr. Tseng and the entire team, and I would highly recommend this place.

I've been going to Silicon Valley Eye Physicians for several years and feel they're the best around. Each year I see Dr Moshe Mendelson because of my vision constraints which he completely understands and he prescribes corrections accordingly. All of the support staff are top notch in their field. The end result is that my vision is expertly corrected with glasses I feel comfortable wearing. As I said, they're the best!

I like the place bright, clean , pleasant people from desk to staff , tech and most of all my doctor.. Ask for any concerns I might have and explain the procedure. Advise about what I can do to improve or not get my vision worst. I give them 5 stars

Best ODs (Doctor of Optometry) and best Optometry services. Got the best eye care from the ODs with special touch of personal care. The ODs are always on top of the latest advanced knowledge and technology of eye care. The Optometry department has the best personnels that give the best service for selecting and ordering the eye glasses.
