I had a procedure recently with Dr Jerry Lai. I had an excellent experience. For one of my 4 appointments he did run behind, but that was communicated to me in advance. When I called with questions, the staff got back to me pretty quickly. The surgery was at another site, but I am very happy with the results. I've already recommended him to a friend.

Today I arrived at the radiology department of Sutter Health in Sunnyvale for an MRI. I arranged through my GP, then spoke to the booking office for radiology. No one, at any time, mentioned that the MRI machine had been moved to a stand alone trailer in the parking lot. So I arrived surprised to see a sign directing me to a trailer. Check in was inside, but when the tech showed up (a man) to collect me, he asked me to follow him outside to the trailer. That was when I learned I'd be absolutely alone with him. I'm asked to undress to panties. I ask for a female nurse, tech or attendant. Anyone to ensure my safety. I was told flat "NO". I asked again, " I'm willing to wait for a woman to come. But I was told no one was available. I then informed the tech I refused. What kind of medical institution expects a woman to go outside her medical practice, to a small trailer, to get naked and lay restrained in a machine where I can't see out? If this does not scream law suit nothing does. I was given zero consideration. Zero help. I had to call to reschedule and then found out!!! Sutter health not only has this set up in Sunnyvale, it's in Fremont and other locations!!!! Women in several towns are being forced to strip down and lay in a machine where there are completely vulnerable and unable to properly protect themselves. Is this the new Sutter Health Standard of care??? I'm so angry and disgusted I could scream. The lack of reasonable medical care for women in this country is atrocious! I'm sharing this to inform my fellow sisters in the world to advocate for themselves as I did. If we stay silent we will continue to receive this Hand maid's Tale type of reality. It's unacceptable and I refuse to go along with a smile. I've already contacted my GP, through mychart but we have yet to speak. If you read this Dr.Nguyen, we MUST SPEAK!

Visited ophthalmologist. Doctor was delayed by almost an hour, and they didn't provide any communication

I would give a 0 star if I could. I reached 5 minutes past the appt time and they rejected me. PAMF is not a great network. I will leave PAMF and move to Stanford network. The family care physicians are great. Specialty doctors are really bad. I had a really bad experience with Dr. David Saito, Thyroid cancer surgeon.

Very bad services, they delay children prescription. How can these people be doctors?

This is more about the facility. We arrived at 9 in the morning and there was not one parking space left in the lot. Apparently there is garage parking but no signs saying it was for this building. The only parking garage we saw appears to be attached to the apartment building behind the facility. There was also a delivery truck blocking several open spaces. Just not a good way to start the appointment.

My husband had an eye exam With Dr Lee. At the end of his exam . He needed a referral for Cataract surgery. She told him to look on their website and pick a surgeon, she would not give him a referral until he send her the name from the website. At this point we are not going back . We will go outside to another surgeon.

I love the physical therapy department cause my physical therapy Karen E Gray is amazing. I get my physical therapy there too and at home. She just a sweet lady I just love her.
