Love the continue service here. Have been their patient since 2022. Today I went to fix my old eyeglasses and got a very nice service from Mavis. She is always active, fix the problem and giving good service advices for next appointment.

My husband and I have always had a good experience here.I fixed an appointment for my husband and me via text message. They confirmed and honored the appointment. On the appointed day and time we were taken in without delay. Dr Lee explained everything well. Our glasses were ready in 2 weeks as they had promised. I especially would like to give a shout out to Mavis who fitted our glasses. She was very thorough and patient. I would recommend this place .

I just got new glasses from Sunnyvale Optometry. I absolutely love my new glasses. The staff is amazing! They're so friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Lisa helped me pick out glasses that fit my budget, and the exact style that I wanted. I'm very picky. :-) When I picked up the new glasses, Hilda (?) helped me with the fitting. She was very patient. I came back for a final adjustment today, and the gentleman adjusted them masterfully, precisely the way I wanted. (I forgot his name. He's Asian. Sorry!) I'm very happy with the entire experience, and would definitely recommend Sunnyvale Optometry to my friends!

Avoid this place. Glasses made with incorrect numbers for me any my wife. Wondering how that is possible when they have all data. Very unreliable service.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!! I got a problem with my eye and they charge me over $100 bucks for a problem that can be resolved by paying $20 copay in any other places in Bay Area. The eye doctor here billed the patient high without any solution at all for the first visit but want you revisit again so that they can bill you again to earn money. This is a terrible experience. Please avoid this place if you don't want to waste your money.

I had a disappointing experience getting my prescription glasses here. I was initially told that my order would take about 7-10 days, but I ended up waiting a frustrating 30 days. There was a series of excuses: "the lab scratched the frame," "All of our technicians couldn't fit your lens into the frame," and "We had to reorder your frame again." Based on other reviews, it seems that long wait times for frames may be a recurring issue at this place. It might have been my bad to not check the Google reviews before visiting this place. I'm okay with waiting, but it's frustrating when a timeframe is promised and then not honored.

Sunnyvale Optometry was the optometrist for myself and my kids for over 5 years. They always did a great job. I got glasses and contacts through them, and always found them to be safe, polite, and efficient. The office runs fast and smooth, they never waste time. I don't think I ever waited more than 3 minutes for an appointment. Dr. Vivian Nguyen in particular is caring and skilled. Absolutely recommend.

They wasted my time today. I booked my appointment a month ago, and got verbal confirmation. Then waited a month. Today was the appointment date, so I visited this shop just to hear that there is no record under my name. So I thought maybe I made a mistake. But when I asked them to scheduled an appointment again, they already knew all my personal information.. which means when I asked them to make an appointment last time, they opened my account and then forgot to put an appointment date, I guess?? So I waited for a month..for nothing. And when I asked them to reschedule, they told me I need to wait another two months.. Yes, there can be a mistake. But at least you should have explained something reasonable. Not just saying 'I don't see anything'.
