Classic example of why you should avoid unknown companies. I ordered glasses, was charged and next day told out of stock. That's fine, but now ignored concerning refund- five emails. I did, however, continue to get ads from the same email box! Processing orders before ensuring stock and not immediately refunding is deceitful.

I was really pleased with my experience buying glasses on Daniel Walters. In the past I have had issues with the right lenses. I was able to speak to Derek the optician and he helped me choose the right frames and lenses best for my particular prescription. All in all it was a very pleasant and straightforward experience using the website to upload my information. Got the glasses pretty quickly and they fit great. Very satisfied. This was my first time using Daniel Walters. I always bought eyeglasses from my local eye doctor. My frames that I bought locally broke and I wanted to replace them but the lenses were fine. Daniel Walters had the same frames and I bought them from them for about $200 less than it would have cost me from my eye doctor. I shipped them the lenses and they put them in the new frames for me no charge. I got them back from them very quickly and the job was done perfectly. So I cannot rave enough about Daniel Walters & Derek. I have been obsessed with Fysh eye glasses and for some reason haven't been able to find any of these frames near me in Illinois. Every time I tired ordering through an online website to try on at home.. either there was a ridiculous restocking fee per frame or the company was Canadian so I had to pay a VAT plus shipping or companies would flat out cancel my orders thinking it was fishy. Derek was super honest with me through the whole process and kept me updated. And guys- I even messed up the return address from the one Derek provided and he made sure he got it!! Legit, best company to buy from. I'm so happy with my purchase. I will definitely be coming back for every glasses purchase from now on. Customer service A+, pricing A+, overall I recommend!
