The waits are long here, but it's totally worth it. I thought I might need cataract surgery in the future and decided to switch groups now to keep all my providers under the same roof, and I'm so glad I chose Lynn Eye Medical Group. I saw Dr Nguyen for my initial annual exam which was the most comprehensive I've ever had. She noticed a possible issue and sent me to Dr. Partamian who encouraged questions and made me totally comfortable with his advice. Chava and Joe in Optical were kind and patient as I tried on lots of new frames and decided on what to order. I've been taking my family to various providers around town for decades and have never had such competent and caring service, and they even take my (Medicare Advantage) insurance!

I gave the doctors all the information that they could possibly need including records from my previous doctor in another city. They took me in on time. the staff and Dr was very cordial and well organized. I felt like I was well taken care of and my Eyes were examined thoroughly. This is a great medical practice.

I had an eye exam with Dr Nguyen recently. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Highly recommend her. I used to see Dr Butera there and he is also a great doctor. I also get contacts regularly from Joe in optical and he is wonderful as well. You can't go wrong there with whatever your eye needs may be.

Why did a person have to wait 45 minutes with an appointment? A joke. The service from Dr Partaniam is always great. He is an excellent and thorough professional. The company that has taken over the practices is disappointed. They have shoved people through like caddle. Love me Dr but NuVision completely sucks for service!
