Had a very good experience here. It's amazing to me how much more affordable frames and prescription lenses are here versus going my optometrist, even when factoring in insurance coverage. Feels like a much better value. I also have some frames for Warby Parker. I got during the pandemic and they have lasted several years, whereas the pricier ones I got through my optometrist last year, have already broken. On the whole, a very easy and pleasant experience in the frames were nice. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful too. I believe you can also have your old frames updated with new prescriptions for a very reasonable rate through Warby Parker. Looking forward to doing this once I get my new ones.

I had a great experience at WP. Jakob was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire visit. I came in to replace the lenses in my existing glasses because of scratch and he made the process simple and stress-free. Love this warranty provided by WP. I also purchased another pair. There as so many selections with lots of options. Only downside, I wish there was a location in the Ventura-Santa Barbara area.

Absolutely Thrilled with My Experience!
I happened upon the Westlake store while running another errand, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly. The sales clerk was incredibly polite and took the time to explain how everything worked with my insurance. She helped me choose glasses that really suited my face and guided me through styles I wouldn't have considered on my own.
The prices were very reasonable, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I was genuinely surprised by how quickly my glasses arrived--they fit perfectly and required no adjustments at all.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience. Highly recommend this store!

This shop has a very pleasant atmosphere and the staff (including optometrist and optician) are kind, attentive, and answered all my questions. I felt confident I understood what was happening the whole time. The optometrist explained clearly how my prescription has changed and which frames she recommended for it. The pricing for frames is extremely reasonable. There is a 15% discount if you purchase two or more prescription glasses. My vision insurance (VSP) is out of network for Warby Parker but I chose to go with them anyway because of the price of the frames. FYI for people with VSP, you can submit a claim for partial reimbursement using the receipt from Warby Parker. Overall, this was an excellent experience and I will definitely be coming back!
