Dr. Parfenova and the entire team at Advance Family Eye Care were absolutely amazing. Everyone was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything without rushing me. Choosing my frames was such a breeze, the nurse who helped me was incredibly informative, took her time walking me through all the options, and provided all the necessary information. Dr. Parfenova was thorough and attentive, explaining everything clearly and educating me on how to properly take care of my eyesight. I felt comfortable and genuinely well taken care of throughout the entire appointment. It was such a positive experience, and I highly recommend Advance Family Eye Care.

Very friendly from the second you walk in. I've been to a lot of eye doctors, and I have to say Dr.Parfenova was the most professional doctor I've seen. Very informative and makes you fill at ease with how she explains and and shows you exactly what is going on with your eyes. I would recommend everyone to try out advanced family eye care ones, you won't regret it and I guarantee you will be back.

I have been going to this office for over 2 1/2 years. I gotta say the office is ran very prompt and efficiently. Everybody is friendly and courteous. I am very knowledgeable upon speaking to Dr. P I first got to say she is very informative,patient. And very friendly I have nothing but great things and great experiences going to this office. After my previous eye doctor of over ten years retired, I needed to find someone new who I could trust just as much. The team responded promptly to every question and made the entire process seamless. Came in for my annual eye exam. Taylor was very friendly and took great care of me! Dr P. explained the findings in my exam so thoroughly that I had no questions to ask... she is very knowledgeable. I couldn't make up my mind on which glasses to buy due to the large selection they have but Taylor helped me pick out some pretty sweet ones. 10/10 recommend this office for all your eye care needs.

I've been going to Advanced Family Eye Care for nearly ten years. Customer service has always been high standard and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctors will take their time in explaining the result of your eye exam and will do their best to ensure that you are provided with transparent pricing when picking your prescription glasses or contacts. Lastly, Jordan is a Rockstar Optician. Goes above and beyond to ensure excellent service.
