Overall experience was great. It's obviously a very large and well run operation. It was a couple of hours in total from arrival to finish but the process is very smooth and professional. Kind and caring staff. From the reception. To the tech, Annie that was so thoughtful and thorough with some very hi tech equipment! Dr Nguyen is an absolute gem and provided essential information and care and guidance. 5 star practice!

I took my dad after an ER visit, turns out he had a stroke in his eye. Everyone from the front desk to all the associates were pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Nguyen was thorough and referred my father to a retina specialist and made great suggestions to see a cardiologist to further evaluate the possibility of other blood clots. She also spoke Spanish which was great for my father.

A few months back, I saw a Doctor that appeared to be just too busy. All he would say is your eyes are fine. Then followed up with A statement that I have optical migraines. Walked out the door saying don't worry about it. That was a shame. I made another appointment for 16 January. I saw a doctor.F. Jacob Khoubian. He did a thorough examination and explained yes I have optical migraines. The issue is I have a neurological condition that should be looked into. I got a written report, that afternoon went to my doctor n gave it to them n schedule an appointment. The treatment I received by Doctor.Khoubian was what I had thought I would get the first time. I feel like he really seriously took an interest in my concerns with my health. I didn't get that feeling.with my first visit with Dr. Walton.
