What an amazing experience with Dr. Marsico and all the staff. They are all nice, accommodating and most especially patient and understanding to seniors who are hard to handle. Waiting time is not bad just few minutes compared to other clinics. Dr. Marsico has an exemplary bed side manner. He is indeed outstanding in his chosen specialization! He is so detailed and took time to examine my Aunt's eyes to make sure the bacteria from her shingles didn't go to her retina. Plus has an ample parking! Definitely highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience at the East West Eye office. The staff were not only friendly but also very professional, making the check-in process quick and efficient. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, and I noticed patients were already lined up outside the door at 7:55 AM, eager for the office to open--almost like I had arrived at Disneyland instead of a doctor's office! Dr. Marsico impressed me with his extensive knowledge. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedures and patiently answered all my questions, which really helped put me at ease. I feel confident that my upcoming procedure will be successful under his care.

I really like Dr. park treatment and thorough check up of my eyes. She's very knowledgeable of her craft. Very soft spoken and take her time to explain everything about your eyes needs. I highly recommend her to all. I am very satisfied with her service. I'm giving her a perfect score of 100%. and to all staff they are very friendly and very accommodating too!

Didn't have to wait very long to be called in for our appointment. First Tec was very nice and very kind to ashley. The doctor was even nicer. I had a few questions and she had no problem answering them for me. She also took the time to Give ashley some tips on how to put her contacts in.

I recently had ptosis repair (eyelid surgery) with Dr. Alfred Marrone, an outstanding oculoplastic surgeon at East West Eye Institute, and the entire experience was exceptional. From my first consultation, Dr. Marrone was incredibly personable, detailed, and genuinely caring. He explained every step of the procedure clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. The post-operative care was just as impressive. His nurse, Diane, reached out immediately after the surgery to check on my recovery and made sure I had everything I needed. The team provides a level of personalized, attentive, and compassionate care that truly sets them apart. If you are looking for a highly skilled eyelid surgeon or considering ptosis correction, I cannot recommend Dr. Marrone and East West Eye Institute enough. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to patient well-being made my experience extremely positive. I'm very grateful for the excellent results and the exceptional care I received.

Overall positive experience. I was there towards the latter part of the afternoon and it was relatively uncrowded. My doctor, Dr. Nassiri, was totally expert and answered any and all questions that I had. All my insurance questions were also answered in a way that I could understand. The entire staff was friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

This was an unplanned appointment to address an eye problem that came up suddenly. It took a couple of calls to get through to the office, but when I did the person who answered the phone was very helpful and courteous. They were able to get me an appointment on Christmas Eve which was surprising but very much appreciated. I arrived for my appointment and was checked in right away. I had to wait about 20 minutes before being seen by the doctor. Doctor Yu and the staff were courteous, respectful and friendly. They listened to me describe my symptoms and were very attentive. After a thorough examination I was referred out to a specialist. Christina at the front desk called around for any available specialist that was open on Christmas Eve. She did locate one, but it was in downtown LA so I opted for an appointment the day after Christmas at a local South Bay specialist office. In summary, the doctor and staff that I dealt with helped to provide a positive patient experience.

The office was clean- the staff were all nice to deal with and Dr. Brar was outstanding. He was kind, patient and explained all that o was concerned about and elicited confidence. I'm so glad I met him! I feel like I will be well taken care of.
