Children's Eye Institute

We had a great experience here. Came in early, 20 minutes before our appointment, which was perfect because we had to fill out a hearty packet. Once you turn it in, your wait starts then; so just about at our appointment time we were taken back. The nurses were extremely nice, very silly and fun with my daughter. We were warned it was a 4 hour appointment when I scheduled it so we expected nothing less. She went through a small exam, then was dilated which takes about 30 minutes, then seen by 2 other doctors (with maybe a 30 minute wait between each) for a more extensive exam. Everyone we saw was kind from the desk ladies to the doctors. Only minor complaint is it says they open at 7am so when I called to confirm my daughters appointment, since I didn't get a confirmation text like I was suppose to, there was no one answering which worried me a bit driving over an hour to get there but it all worked out fine.

I've been going to Children's Eye Institute for 4 years and I've never had an issue I'm in n out within 1 hour in a half max 2, that includes eyes dilated. Staff is great Doctor's are wonderful. They take time to explain and if you have questions they take their time, not rushing like typical Doctors!

Dr Siegal and his staff are truly wonderful! They made my son feel very comfortable and made sure all his needs were met. I understand all the great things I heard about him. I would highly recommend his office. Anyone who brings their kids here are in great hands.

First time patient. I had a great experience in my first Visit. Front desk is very friendly, back staff is very friendly as well. Dr's are kind to children and are good listeners. I recommend this place.

Lisa and the doctors were great! My daughter's urgent appointment had a conflict of schedule but Lisa resolved and enabled my daughter to attend to both of her appointments. The doctor's and staff were efficient and considerate making sure the check-up is stress free for my child. Thank you!!!

Took my 16 month old for her first visit. I was really nervous since she's so young, I had previously canceled due to them having to dilate her eyes during the visit. But everyone here was so friendly, both people who seen my baby were so great & patient with her. Would definitely recommend.

This has to be one of the WORST specialist office my son has ever been to. Doctor is great but as far as the miserable ladies in the front office handling phones and appointments, service is TERRIBLE. I would name them but they hang up on you before you even get the chance to ask . And don't even waste your time requesting to speak with management because they are just as uneducated when it comes to customer service. If you take a look at my account I don't ever take the time out of my day to leave a bad review or a review at all but at this point my child's health and treatment is being toyed with and I am over it. I too work in healthcare and I would never treat a patient the way I was treated, do better or choose a different career path it's far too simple. Your service and miserable behavior would do more justice in a prison than it does a CHILDREN'S eye insinuation! I wish zero stars was an option honestly.

The DMV is faster, that should say enough about the hours and hours you have to wait just to be seen. Making an appointment is also always pushed out at least 6 months. If you call, always rushed off the phone or transferred before you could finish your sentence. Hope they can change things for the better.
