I love Dr. Smith. He is always so informative talks to you. Ask you if you have any questions never leaves the room until he sure that you are comfortable with the appointment that you had. I still feel though that it takes too long to get back to see him you see other people around you going in after they've even come into the building and it's very confusing. Information should be given to the patient that there are two doctors in the back or there's one doctor in the back or something because again the wait time to get in to see the doctor is too long.

Do not waste your time or money here. I have a large chalazion in both eyes and saw this clinic for over a year. For twelve months I was repeatedly told to keep using warm compresses. On three separate visits I was promised surgery at the next appointment, so I took the day off and my fiance did as well but each time the procedure was canceled and I was told to continue compresses and monthly appointments. After 12 months I was finally referred to their specialist, who was supposed to call to schedule an appointment. I never received a call, I called four times myself. On two calls I was hung up on, and on the other two I was transferred and left without answers. Please do yourself a favor and do not waste your time or money here.

I honestly can't believe how poorly they manage people's time and needs. They canceled my appointment three different times over the phone, and considering how long the wait is to get an appointment, it was already frustrating.
Then the day of my appointment finally comes--8 a.m.--and when I arrive, they tell me the doctor they scheduled me with doesn't take my insurance. This was supposedly confirmed by them beforehand, yet somehow now it isn't.
Their only solution was to offer me a new appointment a month and a half later.
It's unbelievable that they think it's acceptable to treat people's time like this.
