The eye exam itself was good and Dr. Wong was professional.
Unfortunately the administrative side was disappointing. After my visit, the office submitted two insurance claims, one for the eye exam which I did receive and another for a contact lens purchase that I did not make. This incorrectly used my annual contact lens benefit.
When I called to have it corrected, the initial response did not take accountability and suggested the issue did not exist. After being placed on hold, I was told the extra claim had been fixed.
While the issue was eventually resolved, the billing process felt careless, especially when dealing with limited insurance benefits. I would recommend double checking claims if you choose this office.

The office was running very behind with no communication regarding how much longer the wait would be. The pre exam was timely, however I did not see the doctor until an hour after my appointment time. The doctor was very knowledgeable and gave a good exam. I do not mind waiting, I just would like to be acknowledged or told the Dr. Is running behind. Additionally, this Lens Crafters no longer offers same day glasses, and this information is not told to patients or guests looking at glasses until they are ready to pay. I do not mind paying a premium for a service, but I feel the lenses are overpriced for having a 7-10 business day turn around time. I would rather go elsewhere that is less expensive or a different Lens Crafters that has same day service.

I like the new office. They're open until 7:00 p.m. which is perfect I do not have to take time off from work. The representatives are knowledgeable and customer service forward. They have a wide selection of glasses in different sizes and the eye doctor is right on site. Easy to make an appointment. I would recommend this LensCrafters.

I was greeted nicely, however the person doing the tests before the Dr was having trouble with the machines. I think she was new. No problem there. The staff acknowledged that she was taking too long getting everything set up, but didn't help her. She needed more guidance on the machines and more confidence to covid l conduct the tests herself. No fault to her. We've all been new. Her training did not seem adequate, while other employees were sitting and chatting.
