Well I was recommended 2 this place from a co worker,so I booked an appointment and was very pleased with the outcome!!! It was pleasant from the time I stepped foot inside. The receptionist was very kind and friendly. The optometrist was very professional and explained everything about my eye exam in full detail. The girl that helped me Puck my frames and my cost was super helpful. Sorry I didn't remember any of there names,remind you this was my first time ever going here. But all the employees were very friendly and very helpful and I would definitely recommend this place!!! 1 outta 10. Ten being the best,I give it a strong 10!!!!

All personnel were excellent and provided care for my vision services. Employee, Jay was patient. She assisted with choosing the perfect frame and sunglasses. The gentleman who assisted with scheduling was courteous and allowed extra time for me to arrive to my appointment. The employee who provided the eye vision assistance was spectacular and highly educated and performed the vision tests that were persistent with policy protocol. Best eye physician who was excellent, friendly, helpful and explained my eye care difficulties and ordering appropriate eye glass prescription and contact lens. Mostly, vision care physician,
i appreciate his trust and allowed me to return home to obtain my visa card, in order to pay for my visit. Overall, I would recommend this office to other's who are seeking vision care. Thank you all fir your superb vision and excellent services.

The staff was so nice. The Dr took his time to explain the reason for my vision problems I've been having and offered me solutions. He took the time to ask about the reason I'm experiencing headaches and eye strain. He asked about my job assuming I use computers multiple hours a day and that was correct. It made my experience personable and I felt like he understood. Ryan helped me out at the end and he was very nice. He offered me a recommendation but he also understood I was set on a specific pair that I've been wanting for a very long time. I left happy and I can't wait for my glasses to come in. Thanks to all the staff for making my experience so great. I'm excited for my next pair.

Great experience; I didn't have to wait and I was able to make an appointment on Sunday to be seen on Monday, which is hard to come by! My only complaint is that it seemed like my appointment had been cancelled (or at least, wasn't on the schedule) because I hadn't confirmed. One- no one said I had to confirm; Two- when I called to confirm at 5:05pm, I couldn't get through because the after-hours message had been turned on (even though the store was open). Other than that, the customer service was great and the doctor was thorough and personable.

I had an appointment for my 5 year old getting her first eye appointment. She did the tests great at first, but had a meltdown in the middle of them. They were patient with us, allowed her some cool down time, and we were able to complete the tests with no other further issues. A great staff at this location.

My 10-year-old son really enjoyed the visit. It was his first I exam and they walked him through all the tasks as part of the evaluation. They kept checking to make sure he was comfortable. The doctor made conversation with my son during the exam and my son felt at ease. We will definitely go back and I will also make an appointment for myself. Thank you for making this a great experience for my son.
