I hate to do this. But being someone who is in the medical field. Who's worked front & back office. To deliberately delay a SCHEDULED apt out of "spite" is just wrong. Your team made the mistake of canceling the apt, which we understood. But then this. And what's most unfortunate is that we have to keep coming here because it's what's approved and what closest. Front office staff, rude and unprofessional.

Building is nice. Staff is nice & professional. Very limited handicap parking. Like 2 spots. Appt at 9:15 am and still haven't seen Dr & it's 11:25 am. Just a heads up for DIABETIC patients, bring snacks & drink. They call you back, do eye test, put you in a room, wait & wait, then call you back get more pictures then put you back in a dark waiting room, no music, no tv, just silence. That's where you just wait & wait some more. Hours! It's actually disgraceful and very disrespectful to patients. Not only here but everywhere. I should send them a bill for my time just waiting & waiting.

My first visit was great, but wished Dr Dhoot had made time for me to explain and in all my visits never did. i've heard great things about this office, still trying to find them. That staff in the front desk were nice and some what helpful. i still think they should practice for compassion and Empathy. And they need more staff to run a good office . I think ill request Dr Lenard next time. i heard good things about him.

They see a lot of patients here and the doctors are very thorough. You can expect up to 2 hrs to finish a visit. They do surgeries, so appointments may be changed late. I was frustrated until I had a serious eye issue. Now, I realize how grateful I am for their services.

Dr. Learned was great, he took the time to explain my situation and diagnosis and went over all my options.
He was patient and answered all my questions so everything was easy to understand. His staff was also very nice and compitent. Only negative was that wait times to be seen were pretty long sometimes.
