Everyone here is so nice and helpful. I would recommend you try this place out, tell your friends and your family. Everyone here is wonderful. My family goes here. My daughter loves it and trust me it is hard to get a 10 year old to be excited about an appointment. We will continue to use this place for years to come. Everyone here is so welcoming. 5 stars!

Where to start? Booking the appointment: I schedule my daughter an appointment here which thinking about it I should have seen the red flags. Some lady answered the phone and shortly fast hung up on me when all I said is "Hello, I would like to"... At first, I thought maybe she didn't hear me so I called again and that time no answer. Therefore, the next day I gave it another try and got my daughter's appointment scheduled. Day of the appointment: so I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment and at first the wait was OK, I thought I guess we won't be seen until our time but no. We weren't called to be seen after an 1hr later from my scheduled time. Oh, and that was just with the nurse then we were told to go back to the waiting room to wait for the doctor. Therefore, we went to wait again and 30 minutes went by again and still no doctor. I asked the front desk lady how much time because my kids were already getting restless and we had 2hrs and 20 minutes so far in total. The lady says " I can't find your chart but you must be next, we apologize for the wait we had a issue with another patient. Finally, we are called to be seen by the doctor and that went well and fine but then she says to go see the gentleman to order some glasses. He points out just a few that he recommends and steps away. He continues to just speak with what I assume other customers and just places my order and we leave after being there 3hrs 20mims. The day of the pick up: I arrived with my daughter to pick up her glasses and we are told to have a seat in the white chair so we did. A older man helps us but I couldn't help to noticed he was eating at the moment. The whole time he was speaking with us he had food flying out his mouth. Very unpleasant, seem like Ramen noodles were flying everywhere while he explained that he no longer had the strength to bend the glasses to fit my daughter so I asked "is there anyone else that can help?" Because he recommended that we should come back at a later time because the lady that helps him is busy. I simply said "no, we can wait for someone to be available to help" then shortly after a gentleman walks to his side and helps. Next, he bents my daughters glasses and says the frame may be to big. I told him "well shouldn't that been noticed by the person who placed the order after all he recommended the frame" he said "yes, and you can buy on Amazon some rubber things that go behind the ears if they are to big still" and he explained in small details trying to save his coworker basically behind. Shortly, after he walks away and that is it. He walked away and left us sitting there alone. Nobody, said well you are all done or anything. I asked the front desk lady is there anything I need to sign or anything else because both guys that were helping just walked away not saying a word. No cleaning towel was giving to my daughter or anything else was said to us. My daughter was even surprised when I told her to grab her glasses lets go. Even she questioned it. In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend this place. The staff was rude honestly not giving a care about the customer/ Patient it's just about swiping your card to charge. This was my first and last time there. In my opinion this was a very rude and unprofessional experience and I rather go somewhere else next time.
