Eye Surgical & Medical Associates, September 6, 2024 (a late post) I came here for my second time 6 months follow ups & Dr. Chang she is so awesome & her staff is also! My eye exam was great for my age ! I'm so glad to have her as my optometrist so Thank You to everyone & ' s & a Great Job! (The waiting room is so beautiful & awesome & the exam room also! As you can see in the photos.)

The office was nicely decorated and clean. It has several papers that mention to wear your mask. The way that the chairs were set up provides a more secure environment to visit. The office person was really nice and friendly. The restrooms were clean and the outside has a little space with lots of flowers.

Dr Dennison is someone we've been seeing for years. When medical exam being done his staff is great. The staff in the eye glasses dept differ. My husband was alone the first time and he felt rushed and pressured and like he was inconviencing them. So fast forward to today as I leave the review Lisa Marie was AWESOME. She was so patient and explained everything in such a sweet caring manner and we value and appreciate that. Her customer service definitely stood out and touched out heart.

Arrived 15 minutes late for an appointment and they refused to see me. They have always made me wait 45 to 60 minutes. I will find another provider.

They did a standard eye pressure test but refused to acknowledge my symptoms and told me to take OTC allergy eye drops instead of diagnosing and prescribing me and left me with just a coupon. I have severe dry eye in only one eye with floater particulates that significantly obstruct my vision and the lady opthamologist said she couldn't see them with her magnifying lens and seemed to not believe me but when I got home I could clearly see them in the mirror and wipe them into my finger, albeit I had to look very closely. The OTC drops caused my eye to dilate and I had to call Drs on demand where another Dr instructed me not to take them. The front desk also made me wait hours for my appointment and the lady literally had her back to me when I went to leave and needed my receipt for the visit, awkwardly standing there until I said something to get her attention. I did not receive a follow up and feel that I was the victim of malfeasance. If you are going to have to wait to see an opthamologist, especially for similar symptoms, you may want to go somewhere else first as this was a waste of my time that left me living with my symptoms, waiting on another referral and a follow up that never happened.

My first time at this office and had such a great expierence. It is the most absolutely office I have ever seen. The staffs were so welcoming. Noemi the assistant was amazing. She needs a raise! Dr Rodriguez was amazing as well. She explained everything so well. I recommend everyone to come here.

Absolutely great experience with Dr Henry at Eye Surgical & Medical Center Associates. . . . . The staff is very friendly !!!

All the staff that took care of me during my cataract surgeries were amazing! Their kindness, courtesy, and care was beyond expectation. I especially want to mention Tami Garland. Her expertise, patience, and attention to detail was a new and great experience for me with glasses. She is such an asset to your institution! She alone could have been my reason for the 5 stars review. I'm very thankful for all of you.
