I saw Dr. Yasuda for the first time last year. I've never had a dentist actually sit down in front of me, answer all my questions very patiently. He went above and beyond, like looked at my previous glasses to compare prescriptions. He asked me questions about my previous eye exam experiences. He was just very personable! The girls at the front desk were so sweet to me, they helped me choose frames that looked the best. I just really appreciated all the effort made to make me feel comfortable, I left feeling so confident and excited to get my new glasses!! Thank you guys so much!!

I've been coming here since I was in 1st grade.I'm 26 years old now so that says a lot. I don't even live in Visalia and I still come to see Dr. Yasuda. He cares for his patients you're not just a check for him. Attentive and polite.

We have been patients of Dr Yasuda for over 10 years. He is great. Quick, but also attentive. The ladies at the front are great with all our insurance questions and recommendations for what to get. I break my glasses quite often, and the office is great too order me a new pair and call when they come in. They fix my glasses for now charge of they can be fixed. Even Dr Yasuda tightened up and fixed my glasses for my last annual visit. I have only positive things to say about this office.

They've been there everytime I've needed to go in for a check up, I mean so far they haven't had any Issues with my Insurance so fair an they have been really Patient with me busy daily schedule an when i need to reschedule a few time. They were really patient an understanding with me.

Dr. Yasuda is very professional and really cares about his patients. I went to him for over 10 years until i moved out of the area. I had to go in for an emergency appointment once to get my eyes checked, i was a recent high school grad with no insurance. He didn't even charge me for the appointment, that just shows you how kind he is. I also appreciated only having to do one eye exam for contacts and glasses, this really saved me a lot of money when i used to pay out of pocket for everything, most places require separate exams for glasses and contacts. Definitely recommend him for the whole family.

I have been coming here since I was 5. Dr. Yasuda is wonderful but his new office staff sucks. The old office staff was much better than these new girls who can't even clean your glasses before handing them to you. They don't even ask how they work out, if they're too tight, etc.

This office staff is awesome!! I asked if it was possible to have a repair done in only 3 business days because I was leaving for a work trip and they said it would be tough but they'd try. My glasses were ready on the third business day and I was able to pick them up before my trip! I'm so thankful for this staff's willingness to help me with this problem.

The staff hardly answers the phone. Called multiple times throughout the day just in case they were busy at that time, but still no answer. I walk in and the girls are just talking and eating with no patients in the facility. Dr. Yasuda is quick and to the point, but should hire decent people. Unfortunately changing optometrist.
