All the staff are Very professional and pleasant. I felt comfortable and relaxed. Dr Bianco is an excellent doctor. He reattached my torn retina 9 years ago and I haven't had any issues since. I 100% recommend him to anyone who is in need of an eye specialist.

They put a lot of emphasis on no show and what they will charge you and if 3 times no show they kick you to curb. I received at least 5 reminders phone, text, email and voicemail, but my appointment time has past more than 30 minutes and still waiting, the rules are one way. I think the Doc is great been coming here 4 years staff a little iffy. I credit the Doc for being able to see out of right eye.

I take my fiance here because he was referred by his primary doctor. Doctor is professional. His front desk staff on the other hand. I have never experienced such rude treatment in a medical office ever. I have to drive him to his appointments because he can't see well after they treat his eyes. They are very condescending and rude. I had to call and rebook his appointment do to work and the receptionist hang up on me mid sentence while I was explaining why I needed to change it. If it wasn't because we were referred there I would take him somewhere else. It wasn't the first time either it's been multiple times.

Staff is NOT practicing social distancing! They were not even wearing their masks properly. Walked in to a full waiting room with everyone sitting next to each other. They had no tape on the floor to social distance while in line. Staff asked my family member to scoot over next to someone else to make more available seating! Are you serious?!? Have you heard of COVID-19?? They were extremely rude and snippy. No, thank you to this practice!! Wouldn't recommend at all!! I would choose ZERO stars but it defaulted to one.

I read reviews of this Doctor, but decided I would make my own mind up. It was a great experience from the front desk staff to the doctor!. Every precaution taken even after the covid situation, highly recommend if this is the service you need.

Waiting an hour past my scheduled appointment time in a crowded waiting room with no social distancing. Guy next to me is coughing. I asked the receptionist if they practice social distancing and she said they used to. One receptionist is rude..seems like they all have a negative attitude and feed off of each other. Now sitting in my car, waiting for them to call me. Shocking to see this in a doctors office.

Thank you for having a great and welcoming team! I have an anxiety when it comes to scheduling appointments and going to the appointment. Thankfully, everyone here is so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Thank you for everything you and the team did to make me feel so comfortable.

He did an awesome job on my wife. He gave her better eye sight after a really bad retinal detachment. He did his best and his best is wonderful. I recommend him to anyone. He is the smartest eye surgeon i ever met.
