Price & Price Optometrists

My experience was great. Dr. Price gave me a very good exam. He took his time and examined my eyes extremley well. Then i was taken in to the frames department and the selection was fantastic. So many frames to choose from. I picked a cute frame and the ladies behind the desk greeted me with a smile and processed my order. Very good professional staff. I really liked Dr. Price and the receptionist. They were very friendly and I got an appointment quickly. You can tell the office is dated and the equipment is old. The glasses frame selection is limited, but they're more than willing to give you your prescription to buy glasses online.

Dr price assisted my son with his eye exam,and my son told me "Dr.price is a very down to earth dr. Made my son feel very comfortable" actually asked about his day as well as his concerns for his eyes. The staff there are also very very polite and were not rude at all. I could call with the most confusing questions and the front desk always seems to find me a answer without a attitude or rudeness. I will keep dr.price as my sons eye doctor as long as were able to due to the fact that my son was sanisfied and comfortable and thats what matters to me.after the bad experience we had at saton optical dr.price and his staff made the 5 stars from us!!!!! Thank you once again. Ill never forget how happy my son was leaving your office the day he picked up his glasses!!!!

My wife got her eye exam here and was given glasses she could not see with. She was told by the woman with the red hair and pony tail to take them anyway and wear them for a couple weeks and see if it gets better. Thats not how glasses work. They gave her headaches so I took them back this morning and they checked to be sure the glasses matched what had been prescribed and they did. They said she needed to come back in for another exam. I figured it would be free since they were wrong but I asked. I was told it would not be free but an additional $50 charge for the new exam. I spoke to the lady with red hair and the pony tail who appears to be in charge for 5 to 10 minutes and got nowhere. They made the mistake but we are supposed to pay twice for the same service? Save your money and go someplace that stands behind their work. Very disappointed.

Have gone to this office twice now and both times have been unsatisfactory. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Both times they tried to charge me extra for stuff that i did not ask for. The most recent time, my prescription was not correct and when confronted about it, I was told I had to make a new appointment with the Dr. and pay $50 for his mistake. I also recommend that if you are in a patients face as much as an optometrists is, your breath not reek of alcohol.

I used this optometrist for the first time in 2023 because my new insurance United Healthcare recommended them a very thorough exam very nice people and gave me quality eyeglasses that are also guaranteed we will definitely be going back every year
