5-Star Review I've been seeing the same optometrist for a while now, and every visit is consistently excellent. The doctor is patient, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I always feel well cared for and never rushed. One thing I really appreciate is the huge selection of glasses. There are so many styles and options to choose from that it's easy to find something that fits my personality and budget. The staff is also friendly and helpful, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend, great care, great service, and great choices!

My experience at LensCrafters was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, I was treated with such care and delicacy. The staff was phenomenal--every single person played a part, from helping me with the initial testing before meeting the doctor, to fitting my glasses afterward. They truly went above and beyond. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. He walked me through the entire process in detail, even showing me how the eyes operate, and how my job has been affecting my vision. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and addressed every concern with patience and care. What impressed me just as much was the staff's attitude when the system failed during my visit. Normally, delays like that would frustrate me, but their kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness made the whole experience so smooth that I never felt an ounce of anger or stress. They completely turned what could have been a negative into a positive. They also helped me with my paperwork and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. It was truly the ultimate customer experience, and I'm so grateful. I would recommend LensCrafters without hesitation to anyone seeking excellent eye care with genuine compassion and professionalism.

The manager was rude had no knowledge of billing or how to get approval from the insurer. She waisted more than an hour of my time with no care or concern. She forced me to listen to her illogical understanding of her company organization. Ultimately she received the information after I was patient and called my insurer to help her get i formed. The doctor was amazing but the front office manager was horrible!

Dr. Dedia was top notch. She is kind, calm, very humble, respectful and concise. A true professional. I also appreciate the referrals for outside their scope of practice. The assistant and the gentleman who checked me out, also the one who helped me with my eye glasses, they were all amazing. They were jovial, cool, kind under pressure, extremely professional and also looked well dressed! They made my experience a good time. The facility was extremely clean and orderly. It felt like a lounge and they also had tasteful, soulful soft music playing softly. Great choices for frames!! I'm so glad I came here. Attitude is everything and everyone here has a great one.
