I have an appointment for 14:20 pm. I contacted 12:21 and told them I am outside and I try to find a parking spot. I went in the office 12:32 pm I was told that I have to reschedule my appointment for another day. I walked a way and going to another center this was my last visit with them. Last visit I had with them I was on time and my wife and I wait for 45 min to go inside. I am totally this appointed with the service and the attitude of the reception staff

Recently I visited Dr Whitney at Sears Optical. I was leaving on a trip and only had a few days to get everything arranged. He gave me an exam as well as two different types of contacts to try out as well as a few extra's for my trip as I didn't have enough time to order them before I left. A great experience and I'll be going back!
