I visited this location on the afternoon of 11/30/25 and found a pair of frames I liked. I was told they were not part of the Black Friday sale due to the brand, even though nothing posted indicated that this brand was excluded. They quoted me a total of over $1,100 with lenses. The whole experience left me feeling like they were trying to rip me off just to secure an in-person sale. I went home and purchased the exact same items online for less than $500 on LensCrafters.com--where the frames were included in the sale!

I first came here about a year ago, which suggests my review isn't as current as it should be. I bought a new pair of glasses as well as prescription sunglasses. There was a sale and I wound up getting them for slightly less than my buddy - who bought something similar but used his insurance. Not sure how that works but I was happy. I love the frame options here and their service is fine. I'd give them five stars but the constant "up selling" of features and coatings was aggravating to say the least.
With that said, I went back a few weeks ago and we found beautiful sunglasses for my wife though they aren't prescription. Give this place a try. I think you will like it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this LensCrafters location. The customer service was well below expectations. The staff came across as unapproachable and dismissive, which made the entire visit uncomfortable.
When I was trying on glasses, I was rushed through the process rather than given the time and support needed to make a proper decision. To make matters worse, the refund I requested took an unreasonable amount of time to be processed, with little communication or care shown throughout.
Overall, I did not feel valued as a customer. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training, as the service I received did not reflect the level of professionalism and courtesy I would expect from LensCrafters.

Any review that's lower than 4 stars is a lie. The staff here are all sweethearts. Amy helped me pick up my glasses and she made sure I walked out happy and fitted. They got me my glasses in the promised time frame and they feel great. When I initially walked in I was cautious about everything, but when I expressed to the staff I wasn't in love with the selection they pulled out tons of more pickings, they got me the most cute glasses that I am so proud and excited to wear, the doctor is fantastic (coming from an ex optician). Gave me honest opinions and I feel like I had my best interest in mind. Thanks y'all will be coming back soon.
