The reason is TOTALLY because of Debbie Hahn. She is knowledgeable in every single way. She listens, she is thorough when explaining in all I need to know. She is patient and the best optician my husband and I have ever been fortunate to work with. I had several different glasses (Computer Glass, Progressive Reading Glasses (2 styles) and a back up for each. Two different sunglasses - Progressive (and backups for each). She advised if a type of glasses I chose would not work and why. Each time I returned I asked specifically for her! So recommend to a friend? Absolutely! She is GREAT!

I had already chosen a frame awhile ago so this visit was just for measurements and ordering. Maddie was very warm and friendly and made the interaction pleasant. Making the appt as a walk in was simple, easy and fast. Luckily it wasn't too busy. I was in and out of there under 30 mins from making the appt to measurement to payment to leaving. The only potential hiccup was when ordering, getting the correct price. I was originally quoted higher than expected and had to question the charges and it was corrected closer to what I thought I would have to pay. Now to wait for the delivery. Hope that's just as seamless.

The technician, was extremely helpful. I am getting new lens for a frame that i am not using because my current frame was bent. I had my current straighten by another technician, which really did nothing to fix my frames. This time the technician worked with my Frame until it fitted me perfectly. Thank you for fixing my current frames and looking forward to my new lens I ordered on my older frame.
