Pretty disapponted in Walnut Creek Eye. Lots of flashy hype and equipment. Results were dismal. Overpriced glasses were counter productive. I was told to reschedule for more testing (lol). Thank you COSTCO!

I started going to Walnut Creek Eye Care when my opthamologist retired, and I couldn't be happier. The office itself is bright, clean, and the staff were really friendly & helpful and got me in right at my scheduled appointment time. During my appointment, Dr. Rabin took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. The Optometry department helped me pick out a new pair of glasses and I love them! I'd highly recommend Walnut Creek Eye Care and Dr. Rabin for anyone looking for opthamology services.

Dr. Rabin and his staff recently provided excellent quality care as I had to undergo a terigium (sp?). They were prompt with their scheduling, have the latest technology and make billing easy. Dr. Rabin was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable before the procedure and answered all of my questions. I first visited Dr. Rabin's office in 2020. His office was very clean and organized and the staff were kind and helpful. I haven't needed eye surgery but if I did he would be my first choice of surgeon. I have so much confidence in him. I recommend him to anyone looking for the best.

I had eye disease and visited Dr. Rubin's office in summer of 2023. He only read his assistant' patient descriptions and wrote a prescription. When I asked him what were medicine he gave me and what were mechanisms (I had highest education in medicine and biology). His answer was "I do not have time to answer your question". His working ethics and professionalism were unbelievable bad. Of course, I did not visit his office in follow up appointment. But he called me and remind me to take serious about my eye problem. That was good.

had no clue how much time they need for an eye exam, after waiting for hour and a half they asked us if we wanted to reschedule. It took them forever to do the eye exam, doctor rushed it through, because it was time to close the office.They forgot to give us the eyeglass prescription. We went to this office after checking their reviews, but they failed us badly.
