I visited on a busy Saturday for an eye exam, and despite the high volume of patients, the team was impressively organized, efficient, and provided excellent communication throughout the entire process. The doctor was not only approachable but had a way of explaining complex concepts in a way that was clear and easy to understand. Their selection of stylish frames was top-notch, making it easy to find options that suited my taste. I'm genuinely happy with the service I received and look forward to returning. The fact that they were so busy on a weekend is a testament to their reputation and quality of care!

Dr. Connie Husserl is outstanding--thorough, professional, and truly caring. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel completely at ease, and followed up promptly. The office staff was also friendly and efficient, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend!

The office staff seem to like working there which makes for a pleasant visit. When I had an eye irritation and needed a same day appointment, Dr Johnson made time for me in her schedule. She was very caring and I was happy to find this group.

Don't bother with this clinic. I had asked for an appointment with dr Nguyen and they schedule it in Vallejo. I drove all the way down there from Rocklin and they scheduled it with a different provider which was a waste of time. So i left. I called to schedule an appointment with Dr Nguyen and they said they wouldn't schedule me an appointment because of the incident. Where they were the ones who screwed up. As you can see their rating has severely gone down due to their lack of customer service and their front counter people save yourself time and go else where

My husband and I have been coming here for 5 years now. Each visit has been timely, efficient and professional. Dr. Johnson did our eye exams this year and was incredibly thorough and took time to answer our questions and give us directions on eye health. Clyde and Brenda in the front are always helpful, friendly and give great advice on frame styles and features. We feel like we're visiting old friends while at the same time getting a very competent, thorough, professional eye exam and frame fitting. We've never had any trouble getting an appointment or had long wait times.

I did not have a good experience coming here. The doctor did not listen to what I wanted and started pushing for me to get the more expensive procedure. I did hear her say it was covered by my insurance but after I did it I was asked to pay. Then she said "I" miss understood her. She then started giving me a very hostile and rude attitude. Is one thing to suggest a service but a different one when you start pushing it because I have a normal flinching reaction to have my eye poked at. Full disclosure I never write reviews but this has been one of the worst experiences I had in my 27 years alive.

I am very upset with the professionalism that this office does not have. I made an appointment to get an eye exam and get fitted for contact lenses. I have a tight schedule and made arrangements to ensure I can make it to a Time and day they had available for an appointment. As I arrive to my appointment I was told to fill the paper work out which is normal but as I am filling it out the receptionist tells me that they will not have time to do my exam or the contact fitting, that my appointment was too close to lunch! I couldn't even believe what I was hearing. What is the point of making an appointment? I was very upset and still am, my father in law recommended this place and he was very upset to hear how they're treating new clients. The receptionist didn't seem to care. And I called back to speak with a doctor about the situation because it is ridiculous but the receptionist said that all the doctors and managers were gone and won't be back until April 17th. Why would there be no doctors or managers available? Couldn't believe the service I received here, my father in law will also not be doing business here going forward. Don't waste your time and schedule an appointment because it won't matter they will send you away with nothing done!

I just had my first visit, and they did well on several counts. They handled safety well, the check in was easy, and afterwards they offered frames, but weren't pushy at all. I really liked Dr. Bavishi. She was professional, but really listened to my needs related to my unusual prescription. She was careful to get it right for me. I usually don't make recommendations, but they stood out.
