Spectrum Eye Physicians

This was my first time for a consult, and the experience was very positive, I dislike any type of medical appointments in general. I was attended quickly, was asked about my medical history very thorough. Tests where easy to follow and after initial exam from attendee, the doctor came in soon after. Dr. Basham was very polite, attentive, and spoke to me, not at me. Which a lot of doctors do. It was nice to see a doctor who would like to see you as a regular patient and follow up with you as your vision either stays as is, or progresses to deteriorate. Either way, his concern to monitor your results rather than just do a procedure you can actually do without goes without saying. Thank You

Nice staff and then optometrist make me feel comfortable. Coming from Dr. Suzuki after 7 years there because horrible customer service from the optical Store always trying to take your money. Here the lady was nice and I was able to get a pair of Burberry glasses for 100 With my insurance when there somehow they always change me over 300 for generic glasses. so happy for the change I'm you guys hace won a patient for many years to come

Coming from the VA system. I didn't know what to expect. The staff were very helpful and the good Dr Basham explained everything and the timeline and I am happy. I am looking forward to new eyes. Thankyou for everything. Oh, I now have my new lense in each eye. I can see for miles. I see 20/15 in each eye now. Better vision than I have ever had in my life.. I mean EVER. wonderful friendly staff. And I couldn't be happier with the result. Dr. Basham is at the top of his game and I am glad he did the work. There were no problems and it was all so easy for me

I will start with the positive. Alondra, who answered the phone when I called was absolutely amazing. She was kind, compassionate, efficient and overall amazing at her job. My experience went downhill from there.I was passed to Krystal who, by far, was the rudest medical professional I have ever spoken with. She was cruel, sarcastic and condescending. I asked to speak with her manager and she said he was busy. I asked for him (Joel) to call back. It has been a week now and not one person has returned my call to discuss my original request or now my concerns. This office was fabulous until Dr. Crowder retired. Thank goodness the current patients have Alondra's kindness to rely on. The rest of the office is seriously lacking.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Crowder for years. He's done both my husband's cataract surgeries. Most efficient doctor I have been too. Don't have a long wait to see him when you check in for your appointment. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dear Ranjit and John, I want to share my pleasure with meeting Dr. John Crowder's new associate.. Ranjit Kaur is wonderful, professional and I was delighted to have her as my new optometrist. Making my first trip today was a delight. However my second trip kind of turned everything around. After I left this morning and spoke with the people making my eye glasses they told me that I needed my PD measurement. They said that this was a simple thing that would take just a minute and to return to my doctors office and that they would use a ruler and measure the distance between my pupils. I drove back down to your office and when I was greeted at the door and asked for what I needed, I was told that you didn't do that and that I had to go to the place where I get my glasses. Our family, of four, have been coming to you since 1984 but no one in the office could take a minute and do a simple measurement for me. Wow - If this is reflective of the way Spectrum does business we may have to reconsider our loyalties. I am very disappointed especially after looking on the internet and seeing how simple this would have been.

I missed my appointed time - I put it on my calendar wrong. The staff were kind and rescheduled me for that same day. Dr Tsao was pleasant and understanding.

Dr. Basham was very informative and answered all my questions thoroughly! I think he's a great Opthamalogist!
