Dr. Taylor and her entire team are amazing! Brenda is incredibly knowledgeable about frames. Everyone from the reception and optometry tech are amazingly kind and welcoming! Recommend Watsonville Optometry 100%. Designer frame selection is incredibly huge and stylish. A must go to place for all your eye care need!

Great customer service, the staff is always very friendly. They have a pretty good variety of glasses to choose from but if you don't see any you like, they are able to order you a pair that you like.

I don't know what happened but the whole practice has lost their touch. I was the first appnt of the day and dr was 15 min late. Then I needed to make an appointment for contacts and their only tech for it is out on mstenrity leave and no availability for 5 months. Not to mention the weird rules they have about trying on the glasses there. Better just going to LensCrafters where they actually treat you with respect. Just sad cause I had been going to this place since childhood.
