I love Dr. Sleboda. She's very thorough and has a good bedside manner. My second time seeing her. Yet to meet Dr. Choi. Front desk staff, especially Vanessa, are very kind both on the phone and in person. However, the staff in the rooms are not very friendly and I feel they are stuck in doing a job they are bored with. Still, they get the job done. :-/

Dr Sleboda is a real pro and caring individual...and kinda cute as well. Very professional and efficient staff and interesting test equipment.

I love this lovely, quiet and peaceful neighborhood There's plenty of free parking and an excellent location. The office is nice and they have every modern equipment you could ask for. The check-in process was very easy and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr Agatha Sleboda is excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable. She was patient and answered all my questions, I highly recommend her.

West Hills office is much better than Tarzana office. The front desk at Tarzana need some training and you'll wait past 2 hours after your appointment time. I recommend setting your appointment as early in the morning as possible if you don't want to wait over an hour at this location.

12/9/25 UPDATE: I see your response and hope you actually discuss this type of behavior with both staff and doctors. 12/3/25 ORIGINAL POST: Extremely disappointing experience. My elderly dad, who struggles with severe leg spasms, was left waiting for over an hour and a half. When I politely asked the staff for an estimated wait time, the response was rude, dismissive, and frankly unprofessional. I was told this "is normal" and that the wait could be up to two hours. Two hours for a scheduled appointment? While sitting here, I read multiple reviews with the exact same complaint. Azul replied months ago saying they would "address the issue," yet absolutely nothing has changed. When Dr. Choi finally entered the room, he was still on his phone. After finishing his call, he offered no greeting, no introduction, no apology for the long delay -- nothing. Just an overall lack of courtesy and concern for patients. For a medical office caring for elderly and vulnerable people, this level of service is unacceptable. I hope they take this feedback seriously, because no patient should be treated this way.

Excellent doctor. She always thinks of patients' welfare and good health. Kudos to her care and thoughts to help patients.

The doctor was ExtremelyThorough. My visit with her was very comfortable I finally got the professional advice. I have been looking for for many years. I would recommend her highly to anyone!.
