I appreciate a personalized and professionale evaluation of the health of my eyes as they change and my eyeglass prescription from exam to selection of frames, and receiving new glasses all in one place. Staff answers all of my questions. My insurance helps with costs and applied discounts.

Fantastic experience! Very efficient and the doctor is informative and actually came out into eye wear area and helped me find the cutest glasses!!! Cannot recommend enough for anyone looking for an Optometrist !!!!!

Always available when I need something. Outstanding service. Makes me always feel welcome and cared for. Matt Phu's review is so unfair and judgmental. If you're going to go to Costco it's unfair to have a private office make adjustments. My wife owned a hearing aid office I've and experienced with patients going to Costco to safe money and then wanted her to make adjustments. Stay at Costco if that's where you purchase!!! And to publicly state someone is "on the spectrum " is downright rude and disrespectful.

After reading several of the Yelp reviews, I had my hesitation and decided to give Dr. Voros a chance. The office is located next to the Rite Aid in the West Hills shopping plaza. The plaza is currently going through major renovations, so parking is a little bit limited. Made an appointment online. The office is a typical office, though it's a little dark inside and not as clean/organized as other optometrists I've been to in the past. Dr. Voros was very nice and I like her bedside manner. I provided her with my previous prescription for contacts and glasses and she was able to go off of that and fine tune it. This is a 2 person show, so it's critical that you make an appointment to see her to avoid any long wait times. After she finalized the numbers, I was provided prescriptions for both. I do find that her prices for contacts and glasses are much higher than Costco's. But to be fair, I'm sure the materials used for the glasses are of higher quality than Costco's. Since I wear contacts over glasses and didn't value having glasses, going to Costco was a no brainer. I did have to go back to her to fine tune my contacts prescription a couple of times, but all in all, I find that she is very knowledgeable and was able to get my prescriptions to my liking. I have read a few negatives about her assistant Reuben. I also did encounter a not so positive encounter with him. I am not sure, but I think he might be on the spectrum and that could explain his behavior and not being able to connect on a personal/emotional level.
