About Daniel Choi, M.D.

Daniel Choi was born and raised in Orange County, California. He attended Cornell University for his undergraduate degree. Following graduation, he worked at the Federal Reserve in Washington D.C. for several years as an economic research assistant before deciding to switch paths to medicine. He attended medical school at the University of Pennsylvania followed by completion of his ophthalmology residency at Scheie Eye Institute. He returned to sunny Southern California and completed a fellowship at UCLA specializing further in corneal and refractive cataract surgery. He enjoys DJing and exercising in his free time and is looking forward to serving the patients in Los Angeles County.
