Dr. Benjamin and his staff are amazing! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I got my lasik surgery and dry eye treatments here and it's been life changing! Thanks to Dr. Benjamin's expertise, I no longer suffer with dry eyes associated with contact use. Definitely the most helpful and knowledgeable eye doctor I've been to.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Benjamin Eye Institute, and I can confidently say it's the best eye care experience I've ever had. Dr. Benjamin is truly a top-tier eye doctor who combines expert knowledge with an incredibly caring approach. From the moment I stepped into the office, I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Benjamin is extremely thorough and takes the time to listen to all your concerns. He explains everything in detail, ensuring that you're fully informed about your eye health. His expertise is clear, and his professional yet friendly demeanor instantly puts you at ease. But it's not just Dr. Benjamin that makes this place amazing -- the entire staff is outstanding. Every team member I encountered was welcoming and helpful, making the experience smooth and stress-free. A special shoutout goes to Rina, who really stood out. She was so kind and knowledgeable, and her attention to detail made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Whether it was scheduling, answering questions, or just offering a friendly smile, Rina made the entire visit feel personal and cared-for. The office itself is modern, clean, and welcoming, with state-of-the-art equipment. The atmosphere here is warm, and you can tell the staff genuinely care about their patients. I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Arthur Benjamin. Over the years he has monitored my eye health with such care, thoroughness, and genuine concern. He always takes the time to explain every test in detail, what the results mean, and what comes next. Even during periods of uncertainty, he consistently gave me peace of mind. I never once felt rushed, and I always felt safe, heard, and supported. Besides being incredibly knowledgeable, he's honestly just a really cool, down-to-earth human being who truly cares about his patients' well being. His staff is equally amazing. Daria at the front desk is always kind, patient, and welcoming. And when I was dealing with issues from my insurance (not the office), Kateryna went above and beyond to help me navigate the appeals process. Their compassion and professionalism make a huge difference. Overall, visits here never feel stressful. I actually enjoy coming in, which is not something I can say about most medical appointments. Dr. Benjamin and his team are exceptional, and I'm incredibly grateful for the care I've received. Highly recommend.

Dr. Benjamin was absolutely a most skilled eye-surgeon who operated on my right eye on emergency basis. I am a surgeon myself. He is beyond amazing. All his front and back office staff were wonderful, courteous and professional. Ms. Rina his office manager is also awesome. I recommend this office to the world and anyone I love.

Such a lovely experience from the moment you walk in the Benjamin Eye Institute. The staff is lovely and very professional. They move you along gently into all of these different tests which could be uncomfortable but they make it so easy. Dr Benjamin has a great way about him, so knowledgeable incredibly professional and a great sense of humor! He is definitely my favorite eye doctor

Cleanest and nicest medical office I have ever been too. My partner and I felt so taken care of. Every hospital/private practice should be up to this standard in 2025. 10/10. Dr Benjamin is definitely the real deal. Would trust him with my life. The staff was incredible.

I have been going to Dr. Benjamin since 2021, and am so grateful to have found him! As I've gotten older & my eyes begin to fail me, I know I'm in great hands with the Doctor and his team.

From a clinical perspective it's fine, but the doctor and some of his staff are incredibly patronizing, chauvinistic, and rude. I was just trying to get some clarity on whether the gland dysfunction he was telling me I had was typical for someone my age, and he then lectured me on how I am lovely, but getting older (I am 32.) I explained I just wanted to understand whether what was going on was normal, and again he went off about how I am not in my 20s anymore. His assistant then offered me scammy-seeming procedures to help with the dry eye, which she said cost X but she could do for Y (i.e. $1000, but she could do for $800.) She also said it would help with my rosacea (I don't have rosacea, and she is not a doctor.) Overall, incredibly weird and uncomfortable experience.
