Just moved back to the LA area and found Professional VisionCare through my insurance, EyeMed. Super impressed with my first experience. The whole team was professional, caring and efficient. I appreciated that I could download and print all the onboarding paperwork in advance and show up with it completed for easy onboarding. Dr. Kelly took her time to explain everything and covered a lot with me. The technology used was all very modern and clean. Don't let the bad carpet disuade you... they are doing good work here! (Also- carpet is cheap, maybe update the carpet! Ha!) This area has tons of metered parking behind the building and adjacent too. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

My whole experience here was incredible. From the booking with the receptionist to the doctor, it was by far the best experience I've had with an eye doctor. Dr: Tang helped me look at anything that could possibly be wrong with my eyesight and even took the time to explain what she was doing. I felt extremely comfortable. They also did not try and oversell or upsell me on anything and were able to give me recommendations that were very true to what I needed.

I had the best experience here. I needed some new distance glasses so while I was staying in Weho I googled glasses and Professional VisionCare came up with great reviews--and I can see why. I called and made an appointment, went in, saw the optician almost immediately [wish I had gotten his name], who was so professional and knowledgeable. I picked out my frame, never felt like they were trying to upsell as they do at other places. I needed a rush put on as I was leaving the country. Got the glasses sooner than expected, this was a GREAT experience and I can see so well with my new prescription. And their response via email when I asked for a copy of my prescription was lightening fast. I will always continue to go here any time I am in WeHo from now on!!

I went here for a second opinion, as I was sure I'd been given the wrong prescription at a different opticians.
Angel was wonderful and incredibly friendly, getting me in for my appointment.
Brian was really lovely - from getting me set up at my appointment and doing initial tests, to being very patient with me (as well as very kind) in choosing the right sunglasses frames and getting the lenses replaced in my glasses.
Andrea was very helpful, taking me through all my options.
And Dr Cheng was very thorough - more thorough than any eye test I've ever had! And confirmed that the previous prescription I'd been given was indeed wrong.
All the staff seemed incredibly personable and I will definitely be going back here for my next eye test!!

These people do an outstanding job! Highly recommend them for all of your vision needs. They are personable, intelligent, and truly care about taking care of people. I wish there was a rating above 5 stars. In addition; they were extremely prompt in delivering my contact lenses and were extremely thorough in how to apply the manufacturer coupon for a $100 discount on my contact lenses. 200 bucks for an entire year of contacts is a phenomenal deal!
