I stopped into this store on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood and was really impressed. The two people working there were so helpful--friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They walked me through the process of choosing glasses, explained the pros and cons of different options, and gave me the best education I've ever had about sunglasses and eyewear. Great brands, great service, and overall a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

I had the most Amazing experience at Dan Deutsch. Both Jamie and Monique were wonderful. I could not have asked for a better pair of people to help me with my glasses they know their stuff. On top of that, I got to meet Dan himself and let me tell you he knows his frames and picked out some amazing eyewear for me. I'm so excited I cannot wait for it to come in. I had a great experience at Dan Deutsch. I found the limited edition pair of glasses I wanted and placed the order. Molly got back to me within minutes to let me know they received the order and the glasses were available at a different location, but they would send them to the location closer to me. They had them ready to go later that day and I was able to pick them up the next. Monique brought out my glasses out right away. She let me try them on. The case had a defect and she immediately said she would replace it. She even indulged me with her opinion about another pair I had ordered from a different store to reassure me with my choices. She was very diligent with her measurements and let me know that my glasses should be ready in 10 business days. Dan was also in the store helping another customer with a damaged pair of glasses, but took the time to greet me and make sure I was taken care of. There is actually a 3rd pair of glasses that I'm interested in and I will definitely be back to order them when I pick up the first pair. Thanks Dan and team!

Had a truly fantastic experience at this store. Eric and Monique were both very patient and personable. I had some specific requirements for the type of glasses I needed and Eric took me straight to the three manufacturers who make glasses to my specifications. We tried on several pairs and the winner was obvious to us both. The ordering process was easy. Glasses were delivered quicker than I anticipated. Monique was so patient on pick-up day with helping me get the glasses adjusted just right. I could not recommend this shop any more highly.
